Fonts purchased are downloaded or shipped to you on CD. Any font ordered can be download from the link provided in the email confirming your order.

Once a font or fonts are purchased you will be E-mailed installation instructions along with a link to the purchased fonts. The e-mailing process is automated and usually takes just a few minutes but due to unforseable occurances may take as long as 24 hours.

Please e-mail daviddpg@gmail.com if you do not receive your e-mail or any problems arrise but please wait at least 24 hours to complain if you do not receive your font(s).

I, David Greenawalt am one guy alone. I can handle the tech support and the design of fonts but not as fast as the big companies. I will do everthing in my power to satisfy my font users. If at any point I can't do this there will need to be some changes.

Due to the nature of the product you are purchasing I can't really offer refunds due to the fact that I cannot be assured that you are no longer using the font I would be refunding you for. So on fonts received through e-mail there is no returns or refunds unless it is a rare case. I reserve the right to refuse a refund on fonts. On purchased CDs there are exchanges only. If you get a bad CD, send it back and I will send you a new one.

Though there may be some sarcasm above I assure you that I will do everything in my power to keep my users happy. I am proud of my work ethic strive to do a good job.
